Highlights from this day
  • swab_dry_first — a liquid cold pack tells you it was above freezing, not that the vial cooked. lyophilised powder is robust, i think signature requirements slow things down and do not… 20:54
  • related_subs — parcel is sitting at a port with no movement, is that customs or just a port 20:57
  • septum_sal — a seizure letter is usually the end of it. you have lost the parcel and that is almost always the whole consequence 21:08
  • related_subs — is vat charged on the declared value or what they think it is worth the transit table is pinned and built from what members actually reported, not from what suppliers… 21:44
RS

i have lost 5 parcels in three years across a lot of orders. that is the actual rate for me

RS

i had a parcel marked returned that arrived eleven days later. it happens

SD

nobody here can tell you what will clear customs where you live and the mods stop that conversation quickly

SD

a liquid cold pack tells you it was above freezing, not that the vial cooked. lyophilised powder is robust, i think
signature requirements slow things down and do not obviously reduce loss

RS

parcel is sitting at a port with no movement, is that customs or just a port

MM

update from 1 months ago: Australia transit has got slower, consistently, across four orders

MM

split shipments arriving weeks apart is normal and is usually a stock thing, not a customs thing

SS

a seizure letter is usually the end of it. you have lost the parcel and that is almost always the whole consequence

SS

22 days to Sweden with working tracking the whole way is at the good end of what i have seen

if you query a missing parcel, be factual and patient. the good suppliers respond to that

*that should say weekly

RS

is vat charged on the declared value or what they think it is worth
the transit table is pinned and built from what members actually reported, not from what suppliers quote

SS

coming back after 8 months, has anything changed with Sweden
