coming back to this five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

- septum_sal — unrelated but STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping 20:10
- septum_sal — my Janoshik report on the QYB vial came back 99.2 against a certificate saying 99 20:22
- septum_sal — compounded and brand felt the same to me at 12, which is one person and nothing more, not advice obviously 21:06
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping
slightly off topic but i held at 5 for 2 months and it was the best decision i made
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything
unrelated but STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mgheld there too
brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel
my Janoshik report on the QYB vial came back 99.2 against a certificate saying 99
my 40 vial in 2ml gives 5mg/ml so 2 lands on 25 units, thats why i picked that volume
how many weeks before you noticed anything at 0.25
[edited]vials not pens here
steady state takes weeks
did anyone hold at 2 longer than four weeks before going up
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 12, which is one person and nothing more, not advice obviously
lost about 35kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
for the archive licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose, i could be wrong
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
