Highlights from this day
  • impersonator_ip — does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four 21:24
  • impersonator_ip — going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution 21:34
  • step_one_sian — was SELECT the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up 23:58

update on the earlier thing i held at 7.5 for 3 months and it was the best decision i made, thats one data point

II

right so i stayed on 1.7 for 19 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four

🙏12😂12

did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed

moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me, ill dig out the number
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

not the same trial

thats STEP 1

🔥13⚠️3

going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution

Trial scheduleWhat most people here do
Step interval4 weeks, fixed4-12 weeks, on symptoms

genuine question five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt, happy to be corrected

*VendorInvestigate not the other one

VL

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

PS

does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one

[edited]

same dose day

IO

lost about 17kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me, from memory

II

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 1, which is one person and nothing more

BF

ok so SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

the plateau hit me at 26 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change

held there too

my PeptideMeter report on the MKM vial came back 96.8 against a certificate saying 99.2

SA

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that

vials not pens here

PS

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

2.4 is the ceiling

⚠️1

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure
i stayed on 1.7 for 20 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

11 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half, thats just me
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 15, which is one person and nothing more

SO

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

SO

was SELECT the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
