brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel

- spare_vial — my PeptideMeter report on the ERP vial came back 98.1 against a certificate saying 99.4 19:36
- mag_citrate — STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is… 19:58
- careful_claims — how many weeks before you noticed anything at 10 21:09
- karl_fischer — did anybody find a difference between JEEP and pharmacy at the same 10 21:38
- boots_supply — went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down 22:40
vials not pens here
not the same trial
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
*week 10 not week 6
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
follow up held at 2.5 and lost 35lb over 11 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 12, which is one person and nothing more
€185 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials
right so changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
my PeptideMeter report on the ERP vial came back 98.1 against a certificate saying 99.4
steady state takes weeks
right so if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
anyone compared their 2.5 vial dosing against the pen increments
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
my 2 vial in 1ml gives 2mg/ml so 1.7 lands on 15 units, thats why i picked that volume
unrelated but five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt, ask me again in a month
same dose day
i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
lost about 17kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me, ill dig out the number
unrelated but whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
how long did the first 26kg take for people at the low doses
held there too
does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
ok so was SURPASS-2 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
plateaus move
how many weeks before you noticed anything at 10
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
im 22 months in at 0.25 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
i held at 1.7 for 4 months and it was the best decision i made
ok so steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
did anybody find a difference between JEEP and pharmacy at the same 10
went too fast once
2.4 is the ceiling
genuine question is the plateau at 30 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
back after 16 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
