what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything
#semaglutide 2025-08-01
- thyroid_thea — SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial 20:39
- mg_per_ml — the plateau hit me at 26 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change 20:40
- mg_per_ml — half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose 20:44
- lot_number_lou — was SURMOUNT-OSA the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up 21:44
- lot_number_lou — 20 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half 22:04

seven days ish
mine faded too
im at 2 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
right so how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7
was SURMOUNT-OSA the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
[edited]anyone gone from 1.7 straight to 1 or is that too big a jump
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
plateaus move
20 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
thats STEP 1
