$94 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials

slower worked better
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
*that should say weekly
anyone compared their 5 vial dosing against the pen increments
[edited]went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
quick one lost about 32kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
Digest for the week of 2024-09-20 has been published.
my VendorInvestigate report on the Homopeptide vial came back 99 against a certificate saying 97.4
went too fast once
[edited]half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
for the archive STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
mine faded too
how many weeks before you noticed anything at 10
is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4
held there too
does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker
anyone gone from 0.5 straight to 2 or is that too big a jump
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
thats STEP 1
i held at 1.7 for 9 months and it was the best decision i made
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
2.4 is the ceiling
did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
vials not pens here
the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip, for what its worth
is the plateau at 29 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
same dose day
i stayed on 1.7 for 9 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
restarted after 20 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time
does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
steady state takes weeks
genuine question five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 2, which is one person and nothing more
did anybody find a difference between SSA and pharmacy at the same 12
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
give it four weeks
[edited]the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel
