ok so FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure

TY

licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose, ask me again in a month

TE

while im here i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that

while im here steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing, from memory

[edited]

seven days ish

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot C-4402: 99% vs 99.4%. Within expected range.

TE

sorry to jump in does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life

lost about 32kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me

Trial scheduleWhat most people here do
Step interval4 weeks, fixed4-12 weeks, on symptoms

while im here went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

TE

update on the earlier thing went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down

❤️12

did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go

TE

sorry to jump in if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

VB

Batch lookup C-4402: 2 independent reports on file, earliest 2025-01-24.

TT

sorry to jump in half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose

👍9🧊3❤️1

held at 15 and lost 77lb over 11 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

A1

my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem

mine faded too

SS

is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping

SS

the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing, thats just me

ok so dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

PS

right so the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip

NT

back after 16 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher

£94 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials

going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution

17 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half, thats one data point

[edited]

thats STEP 1

A1

does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four

[edited]
SB

my 5 vial in 5ml gives 2.5mg/ml so 2 lands on 12 units, thats why i picked that volume

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels

ok so my Medutest report on the WWB vial came back 98.6 against a certificate saying 99.2
