- queue_position — restarted after 13 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time 19:06
- back_from_away — im at 0.25 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose 19:11
- queue_position — FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure 20:59

| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
update on the earlier thing is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping
does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
give it four weeks
[edited]im at 0.25 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
is the plateau at 18 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
my 10 vial in 0.5ml gives 2.5mg/ml so 0.25 lands on 5 units, thats why i picked that volume
slightly off topic but went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go

Reminder for queue_position: dose day is today. Set 9 days ago.
how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip
FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
plateaus move
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial
back after 19 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
