- impersonator_ip — coming back to this my 5 vial in 1ml gives 4mg/ml so 0.5 lands on 25 units, thats why i picked that volume, someone check my working went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent… 18:31
- retention_time — did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go 18:37
- vienna_vial — my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong… 19:57
- vienna_vial — follow up im 1 months in at 2 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing 21:23
- bolus_bo — went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down 21:52
same dose day
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
ok so £55 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials
give it four weeks
coming back to this my 5 vial in 1ml gives 4mg/ml so 0.5 lands on 25 units, thats why i picked that volume, someone check my working
went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
2.4 is the ceiling
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
plateaus move
the appetite effect faded for me around 11 months and going up fixed it for a while
was FLOW the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
im at 12 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
did anyone hold at 1.7 longer than four weeks before going up
i stayed on 1.7 for 15 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
held there too
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
restarted after 24 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time, ill dig out the number
sorry to jump in anyone compared their 2 vial dosing against the pen increments
steady state takes weeks
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 15, which is one person and nothing more
follow up im 1 months in at 2 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
thats STEP 1
held at 15 and lost 85lb over 18 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down
how long did the first 25kg take for people at the low doses
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me, ill dig out the number
is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping
*Medutest not the other one
