Trial scheduleWhat most people here do
Step interval4 weeks, fixed4-12 weeks, on symptoms
Holdingprotocol deviationnormal and expected
Top dosereached by designoften never reached
Coming downnot studiedcommon at maintenance

my Janoshik report on the BCH vial came back 98.6 against a certificate saying 98.1
went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

my 2 vial in 5ml gives 2.5mg/ml so 1.7 lands on 50 units, thats why i picked that volume

CV

my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem

CV

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

vials not pens here

held at 1 and lost 95lb over 6 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers

back after 20 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher

PP

sorry to jump in i stayed on 1.7 for 26 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

LU

is the plateau at 18 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong

was SURMOUNT-1 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

LU

anyone gone from 0.25 straight to 7.5 or is that too big a jump
