going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
[edited]did anybody find a difference between GL Biochem and pharmacy at the same 12
i held at 1.7 for 9 months and it was the best decision i made
12 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half, we shall see
is 2.4 the top or do people go past it
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing, take that with a pinch of salt
mine faded too
vials not pens here
lost about 31kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me, not advice obviously
SELECT wasnt weight
the appetite effect faded for me around 21 months and going up fixed it for a while
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 12, which is one person and nothing more
wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mgim 13 months in at 1.7 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
went too fast once
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker
my 5 vial in 3ml gives 2mg/ml so 2.5 lands on 30 units, thats why i picked that volume, thats just me
2.4 is the ceiling
is the plateau at 17 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
i stayed on 1.7 for 24 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
steady state takes weeks
not the same trial
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4
slightly off topic but the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
*week 23 not week 7
my Janoshik report on the KP vial came back 99 against a certificate saying 99.2, i have it written down somewhere
same dose day
give it four weeks
anyone gone from 2.4 straight to 1 or is that too big a jump
