my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
#semaglutide 2024-10-08
mine faded too
is 2.4 the top or do people go past it
brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel
give it four weeks
thats STEP 1
seven days ish
went too fast once
held there too
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
was SURMOUNT-OSA the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
vials not pens here
does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
Purity check: no report on file for lot A-2601. Nothing logged either way.
unrelated but how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7
right so back after 5 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
plateaus move
steady state takes weeks
SELECT wasnt weight
same dose day
does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
while im here the plateau hit me at 15 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
how long did the first 44kg take for people at the low doses
lost about 24kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
Assay note: QST lot KP-0925 reported at 99.4% of label content.
Digest for the week of 2024-04-12 has been published.
i held at 1 for 6 months and it was the best decision i made
im 26 months in at 2.4 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
im at 0.5 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
is the plateau at 4 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
lost about 37kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
not the same trial
slower worked better
[edited]STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
the appetite effect faded for me around 10 months and going up fixed it for a while
2.4 is the ceiling
my PeptideMeter report on the SWB vial came back 96.8 against a certificate saying 99.4
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
held at 2.5 and lost 71lb over 18 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
anyone compared their 2.5 vial dosing against the pen increments
