Highlights from this day
  • month_six_me — is the plateau at 16 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down 20:53
  • retention_time — €55 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials 21:12
  • month_six_me — held at 5 and lost 81lb over 22 months, slower than the trials and fine by me 22:17
HL

22 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half

RT

unrelated but does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life

MS

if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule, happy to be corrected

*week 24 not week 4

RT

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that, for what its worth

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

held at 5 and lost 81lb over 22 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping, i think

slower worked better
