Highlights from this day
  • karl_fischer — went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down, still working it out my 15 vial in 2.5ml gives 4mg/ml so 0.25 lands on 20 units,… 17:25
  • gradient_greg — while im here €185 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials, we shall see 17:53
  • food_noise_off — follow up is 2.4 the top or do people go past it i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication 17:54
  • gradient_greg — the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip 19:48

my 15 vial in 2.5ml gives 4mg/ml so 0.25 lands on 20 units, thats why i picked that volume

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it

SELECT wasnt weight

for the archive the appetite effect faded for me around 21 months and going up fixed it for a while, thats one data point

19 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half, happy to be corrected

GG

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

GG

is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping

PF

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

GG

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 0.25, which is one person and nothing more

GG

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip

The head-to-head everyone quotes. Note the semaglutide comparator dose.

anyone gone from 0.25 straight to 2.4 or is that too big a jump

GG

restarted after 18 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time

GG

moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me, happy to be corrected
