vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
i held at 0.5 for 4 months and it was the best decision i made

- vialkeeper — lost about 47kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me 12:03
- mg_per_ml — right so steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing 12:47
- mg_per_ml — whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers 12:50
plateaus move
vials not pens here
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 2.5, which is one person and nothing more
[edited]7 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
give it four weeks
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers, i think
held there too
lost about 47kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
i held at 1 for 8 months and it was the best decision i made
2.4 is the ceiling
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
same dose day
did anyone hold at 1 longer than four weeks before going up
update on the earlier thing is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4
right so steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
is 2.4 the top or do people go past it
not the same trial
how long did the first 13kg take for people at the low doses
genuine question does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
held at 1.7 and lost 21lb over 4 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
