LU

coming back to this how long before people saw the first change at 0.5

SS

CC

my resting rate went up 9 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 5

TA

the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan

[edited]

blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect

BS

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual

i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind

held mine ages

smaller steps here

BS

why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two

my resting heart rate is up about 6 bpm, did that settle for anyone
Janoshik came back 96.8 on one lot and 98.6 on the next from the same CPC, both fine

back after 12 months, has anything actually been published since

the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial, happy to be corrected

TT

update on the earlier thing research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing

PP

right so the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here

research use only

TA

sorry to jump in energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me

TA

quick one buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely

for the archive held at 7.5 for 15 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain, n of 1 obviously

i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps, n of 1 obviously
lost 21kg over 11 months at doses well under what the trials used

appetite suppression at 10 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point

reconstituted the 15 vial to 2mg/ml specifically so i could take 0.25 without measuring crumbs

the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does

low and slow
