PeptideMeter came back 99.4 on one lot and 99 on the next from the same MKM, both fine

- bac_water_bill — the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start 10:50
- HPLC_Hank — stepping in 2.5 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again 13:08
- kev_measures — held at 2.5 for 25 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain 13:21
logging rhr daily
settled by month three
held mine ages
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind
coming back to this research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer
watching my heart rate
came off at 34 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it
reconstituted the 40 vial to 2.5mg/ml specifically so i could take 1 without measuring crumbs
for the archive anyone tracking blood pressure alongside the heart rate
whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2
low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect
the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me, ask me again in a month
the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me
low and slow
cant feel it honestly
anyone gone above 7.5 and what changed
i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps, anyway
did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end
the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
Assay note: SWB lot F-1330 reported at 99% of label content.
TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule
anyone stayed at 15 for months rather than climbing
whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way
triple agonist yeah
stepping in 2.5 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
lost 6kg over 4 months at doses well under what the trials used
held at 2.5 for 25 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain
[edited]*2ml not 2.5
i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch, n of 1 obviously
im at 5 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
ok so GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual
i said 9 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
stopped for 11 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time, from memory
smaller steps here
nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is
does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated
research use only
my resting heart rate is up about 2 bpm, did that settle for anyone
did anyone come off because of the heart rate
phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan
