MM

why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two

SF

the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me

whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2

MM

im at 12 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal

MM

people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two

TW

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan

😂4
PP

the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does

PP

for the archive buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely

quick one TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule
stopped for 24 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time

my resting rate went up 7 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 6

is the phase 2 dosing anywhere near what people here run

reconstituted the 30 vial to 8mg/ml specifically so i could take 0.5 without measuring crumbs

while im here i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps

no long term data

LN

held at 1.7 for 23 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain

LN

the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial

HH

i said 7 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since

LN

low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom

MM

back after 5 months, has anything actually been published since

TM

i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind

TM

Medutest came back 96.8 on one lot and 97.4 on the next from the same GL Biochem, both fine

TM

anyone compared their PeptideMeter purity across two different GL Biochem lots

low and slow

TM

no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data

smaller steps here

follow up GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived, we shall see

TM

research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing, i have it written down somewhere

SB

is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope
