- reta_resting_hr — anyone gone above 0.5 and what changed 15:42
- truncation_tru — anyone tracking blood pressure alongside the heart rate 16:29
- VialBot — On this day 8 years ago this channel logged 132 messages. 17:52
- quiet.hours — held at 7.5 for 21 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain 19:31
nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is
anyone gone above 0.5 and what changed
sat at 7.5 for 4 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up
did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end
the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me
stopped for 14 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
logging rhr daily
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect, we shall see
coming back to this the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does
no long term data
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind
anyone tracking blood pressure alongside the heart rate
anyone compared their PeptideMeter purity across two different TFC lots
the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial, we shall see
how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer
triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right
mine went up too
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me, thats just me
*that should say weekly
is TRIUMPH the phase 3 programme
glucagon is the new bit
watching my heart rate
smaller steps here
the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here
On this day 8 years ago this channel logged 132 messages.
i said 6 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
lost 35kg over 5 months at doses well under what the trials used
held mine ages
the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting, i have it written down somewhere
[edited]my resting heart rate is up about 2 bpm, did that settle for anyone
the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start
appetite suppression at 2.4 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point
whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2
ok so no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data
is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope
im at 10 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal
people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
low and slow
i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan
anyone logging resting heart rate on this
sorry to jump in TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule
anyone stayed at 2.5 for months rather than climbing
held at 7.5 for 21 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain
cant feel it honestly
Janoshik came back 99.2 on one lot and 96.8 on the next from the same WWB, both fine
is the glucagon arm what people mean by the energy expenditure thing
GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
