sat at 2.5 for 2 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up
baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)right so research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing
nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect
phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual
anyone compared their PeptideMeter purity across two different QST lots
Recon calculator: 40mg in 1ml = 2mg/ml.
cant feel it honestly
anyone gone above 2.5 and what changed
slightly off topic but GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting, we shall see
quick one the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here
[edited]triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history
held at 2 for 2 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain
i said 3 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me, thats one data point
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me, thats just me
is the glucagon arm what people mean by the energy expenditure thing
reconstituted the 2 vial to 2.5mg/ml specifically so i could take 1.7 without measuring crumbs
whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way
Reminder set. I will post here in 4 days.
did anyone come off because of the heart rate
