is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope

- homa_ir_hugo — how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer 18:51
- VialBot — New independent result logged — QST, lot A-2601, purity 99.2% (Janoshik). 19:08
- noct.titrate — unrelated but stepping in 10 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again 20:43
- nhs_pathway_nell — came off at 18 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it 20:49
no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data
no long term data
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
stopped for 3 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
phase 2 only
back after 6 months, has anything actually been published since
the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial
the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial
[edited]did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end
watching my heart rate
low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom
nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is
settled by month three
how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer
cant feel it honestly
New independent result logged — QST, lot A-2601, purity 99.2% (Janoshik).
is TRIUMPH the phase 3 programme
stepping in 2.4 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
glucagon is the new bit
follow up PeptideMeter came back 98.1 on one lot and 98.6 on the next from the same JEEP, both fine, ymmv
triple agonist yeah
[edited]triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history
how long before people saw the first change at 0.5
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect
does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel
smaller steps here
anyone stayed at 15 for months rather than climbing
logging rhr daily
people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two
unrelated but stepping in 10 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
slightly off topic but i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
quick one anyone reconstituting 15 vials to 5 so the steps come out smaller
phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual, still working it out
came off at 18 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it
did anyone come off because of the heart rate
i said 3 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
