energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me

there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual

BS

ok so lost 16kg over 16 months at doses well under what the trials used

TS

coming back to this reconstituted the 40 vial to 4mg/ml specifically so i could take 0.5 without measuring crumbs

BS

my resting rate went up 3 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 23

how long before people saw the first change at 0.25

TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule

⚠️2💀1

right so i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps

TS

why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two

no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data, ask me again in a month

anyone reconstituting 10 vials to 10 so the steps come out smaller

BB

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here

BB

stepping in 2 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again, n of 1 obviously

no long term data

held mine ages

held at 10 for 10 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain

i said 6 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since

*that should say weekly

research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing

BB

came off at 30 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it

baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)

logging rhr daily

TS

the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial

SS
