Highlights from this day
  • cold_chain_cmdr — quick one phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan 15:56
  • chlorhex — research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing, take that with a pinch of salt 16:22
  • chlorhex — did anyone come off because of the heart rate 16:26
  • chlorhex — people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it… 18:44

coming back to this TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule

glucagon is the new bit

quick one phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan

CC

sat at 2.4 for 3 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up

CH

research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing, take that with a pinch of salt

did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers

im at 2.5 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal

energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me

QH

i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind

did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end

CH

lost 44kg over 25 months at doses well under what the trials used

anyone gone above 1 and what changed

CH

why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two

CH

people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two
GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived

CH

no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data, i think

SD

i said 2 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since

does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated
