for the archive the last few units are a real loss. i accept it rather than tilting the vial and drawing air

MM

10mg in 2ml is 5mg/ml. so 0.5mg is 0.1ml which is 10 units on a u100, take that with a pinch of salt

T5

my vial pulled the water in on its own, is that the vacuum or did i do something

MM

update from 22 months ago: switched to a single concentration and have not miscalculated since

NT

sorry to jump in my rule is one concentration for everything so i never have to think about it at 7am, i have it written down somewhere

BS

do you let it come to room temp before drawing or draw it cold

❤️2🧊11🤝1

a 3ml syringe for the diluent and a u100 for the dose is the setup most people here end up with

check your maths

sorry to jump in i write the mg/ml on the vial with a sharpie the moment i reconstitute it

MM

coming back after 21 months, has the pinned recon volume advice changed

pick the volume so your dose is a whole number of units. thats the entire trick
