Highlights from this day
  • fake_tracking — aim the diluent at the glass wall, not at the powder. it goes in gentler 21:58
  • fake_tracking — swirl it. do not shake it. the foam is denatured protein and you are not getting it back, anyway 22:04
  • acetate_ash — i use bac water even for a single-use vial because it stings less, which is not the reason it exists 22:28
  • bea_reconstitutes — anyone else find the 30mg vials harder to get fully dissolved than the small ones 22:42
  • bea_reconstitutes — update on the earlier thing temperature of the diluent does not matter. how fast you push it in does 22:43

pick the volume so your dose is a whole number of units. thats the entire trick

i keep a spare vial of bac water in the fridge purely so i never rush the maths

i use bac water even for a single-use vial because it stings less, which is not the reason it exists

coming back after 15 months, has the pinned recon volume advice changed
