i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better, we shall see
PIONEER not OASIS
how long before the oral did anything measurable for you
about one percent
sorry to jump in the oral disappointed me on the mornings i couldnt manage 30 minutes fasted, which was most of them
tea also does not count, in case anyone was hoping
does SNAC do anything other than get it through the stomach
*Medutest not the other one
not a peptide
took 24 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me
mine was patchy too
plain water only
thirty minutes, no cheating
the oral mg number is bigger because almost none of it gets in, thats the entire reason
the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people quit the oral
did anyone get consistent results on the oral or is it always patchy
is there any point splitting an oral dose
sorry to jump in my oral results were inconsistent week to week and i eventually decided it was me, not the tablet
ruined my breakfast
SNAC does the work
the 30 minutes starts when you swallow it, and i set a timer because i cannot be trusted
coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse
i was wrong about the water amount, i was using a sip and it needs a lot more than that
the fasting window is the difference between a dose and a very expensive tablet
switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 2 months, ill dig out the number
is the plain water rule actually load bearing or is it a formality
[edited]i do 6am with water and eat at 7, thats been my routine for 5 months, ill dig out the number
*that should say weekly
fasted every morning
whats the bioavailability actually like, i keep seeing about one percent
did anyone find the oral easier on the gut than the injection
why does the same tablet do different things week to week
[edited]*week 4 not week 3
went back to injecting
technique probably
anyone switched from injectable to oral and kept the same effect
i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough
roughly one percent gets absorbed, which is why the tablet strength looks nothing like an injectable dose
one percent is the number people quote and the spread around it is the actual story, for what its worth
i said 23 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water
coffee doesnt count
update on the earlier thing SNAC raises the local pH and protects it long enough to cross, thats its whole job
does taking it with any food at all just waste the dose
set a timer
[edited]does the 30 minutes start from swallowing or from the water
nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep
SNAC does the work
did OASIS use the same fasting conditions as the earlier work
lost 47kg over 16 months on oral, slower than my injectable stretch, i stuck with it anyway
i keep the tablet by the kettle so i take it before i think about food
the inconsistency is mostly technique and admitting that took me about a year
coming back to this went back to injecting because the morning routine was too fragile around shift work
