i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough
nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep
why does the same tablet do different things week to week
tea also does not count, in case anyone was hoping
went back to injecting because the morning routine was too fragile around shift work
lost 4kg over 3 months on oral, slower than my injectable stretch, i stuck with it anyway
i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better, your mileage will differ

my weekly log on oral is noisier than my injectable log ever was, same scales same mornings
one percent is the number people quote and the spread around it is the actual story
roughly one percent gets absorbed, which is why the tablet strength looks nothing like an injectable dose
is the absorption variability why the oral doses look so high

the inconsistency is mostly technique and admitting that took me about a year
is there any point splitting an oral dose
