changed my mind on the plain water rule after reading how SNAC works, its not a formality

update on the earlier thing i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough

NS

took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off

lost 16kg over 9 months on oral, slower than my injectable stretch, i stuck with it anyway

SS

i was wrong about the water amount, i was using a sip and it needs a lot more than that

TS

anyone tracking whether their oral results line up week to week

set a timer

nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep

did anyone find the oral easier on the gut than the injection

oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me

ruined my breakfast

NP

the oral disappointed me on the mornings i couldnt manage 30 minutes fasted, which was most of them

NS

one percent is the number people quote and the spread around it is the actual story
lost 6kg over 25 months on oral, slower than my injectable stretch, i stuck with it anyway

The high-dose oral. Absorption rules matter enormously here.
AH

plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly

AH

splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log, take that with a pinch of salt

🤝2📉1

my weekly log on oral is noisier than my injectable log ever was, same scales same mornings, not advice obviously

NS

the inconsistency is mostly technique and admitting that took me about a year

NS

slightly off topic but the fasting window is the difference between a dose and a very expensive tablet

AH

the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people quit the oral
