update on the earlier thing i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough
took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off

the inconsistency is mostly technique and admitting that took me about a year
is there any point splitting an oral dose
slightly off topic but the fasting window is the difference between a dose and a very expensive tablet
the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people quit the oral
