splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log

- reship_rita — PIONEER was the original oral semaglutide programme and OASIS looked at the higher oral doses 17:06
- unsolicited_dm — why is the oral dose in mg so much bigger than the injectable one 17:43
- unsolicited_dm — i keep the tablet by the kettle so i take it before i think about food 18:04
- gip_glp_gil — i said 4 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water 19:06
follow up did OASIS use the same fasting conditions as the earlier work
the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people quit the oral
i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better, thats one data point
thirty minutes, no cheating
set a timer
anyone tracking whether their oral results line up week to week
went back to injecting
fasted every morning
PIONEER was the original oral semaglutide programme and OASIS looked at the higher oral doses
technique probably
took 8 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me, i think
my oral results were inconsistent week to week and i eventually decided it was me, not the tablet
does taking it with any food at all just waste the dose
why is the oral dose in mg so much bigger than the injectable one
for the archive how strict is the 30 minute wait before food for people here
*Medutest not the other one
is the plain water rule actually load bearing or is it a formality
did anyone go back to injecting after trying oral
whats the bioavailability actually like, i keep seeing about one percent
i keep the tablet by the kettle so i take it before i think about food
the inconsistency is mostly technique and admitting that took me about a year
mine was patchy too
i said 4 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water
about one percent
the fasting window is the difference between a dose and a very expensive tablet, not advice obviously
went back to injecting because the morning routine was too fragile around shift work
nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep, n of 1 obviously
my weekly log on oral is noisier than my injectable log ever was, same scales same mornings
did anyone find the oral easier on the gut than the injection
coffee doesnt count
