SNAC does the work

unrelated but my weekly log on oral is noisier than my injectable log ever was, same scales same mornings

PT

splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log

OO

the fasting window is the difference between a dose and a very expensive tablet

nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep

coffee doesnt count

[edited]

i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better

OO

coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse

PP

went back to injecting because the morning routine was too fragile around shift work

why is the oral dose in mg so much bigger than the injectable one

OO

for the archive did anyone find the oral easier on the gut than the injection

roughly one percent gets absorbed, which is why the tablet strength looks nothing like an injectable dose, take that with a pinch of salt

oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me, for what its worth

The high-dose oral. Absorption rules matter enormously here.
PP

absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result, not advice obviously

UD

coming back to this one percent is the number people quote and the spread around it is the actual story, ask me again in a month

PP

SNAC raises the local pH and protects it long enough to cross, thats its whole job, from memory

plain water only

technique probably

coming back to this does taking it with any food at all just waste the dose

anyone switched from injectable to oral and kept the same effect

OO

does SNAC do anything other than get it through the stomach

is the non peptide thing why orforglipron doesnt need the fasting rules
