Highlights from this day
  • factory_direct_fi — is the non peptide thing why orforglipron doesnt need the fasting rules 21:31
  • VialBot — Reminder set. I will post here in 9 days. 21:50
  • electrolyte_eli — is the inconsistency people report about the drug or about how they take it i said 17 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed… 21:53
  • electrolyte_eli — absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result 22:01
  • split_dose_sam — genuine question oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me, from memory 22:30

the oral disappointed me on the mornings i couldnt manage 30 minutes fasted, which was most of them

is there any point splitting an oral dose

why does the same tablet do different things week to week

plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly

unrelated but nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep

about one percent

did OASIS use the same fasting conditions as the earlier work
i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better

the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people quit the oral

FD

lost 32kg over 26 months on oral, slower than my injectable stretch, i stuck with it anyway
