Highlights from this day
  • snac_and_water — slightly off topic but i was wrong about the water amount, i was using a sip and it needs a lot more than that 18:26
  • first_and_last_four — roughly one percent gets absorbed, which is why the tablet strength looks nothing like an injectable dose, i think 18:53
  • first_and_last_four — is the non peptide thing why orforglipron doesnt need the fasting rules 19:36
  • electrolyte_eli — took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off 20:28

is orforglipron a peptide at all

ruined my breakfast

does the 30 minutes start from swallowing or from the water

HH

the inconsistency is mostly technique and admitting that took me about a year

took 32 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me, we shall see

plain water only

roughly one percent gets absorbed, which is why the tablet strength looks nothing like an injectable dose, i think

HH

why is the oral dose in mg so much bigger than the injectable one

HH

coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse

EE

took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off

The high-dose oral. Absorption rules matter enormously here.
OW

oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me
