slightly off topic but took 24 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me
technique probably
took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off, we shall see
the oral mg number is bigger because almost none of it gets in, thats the entire reason
i do 6am with water and eat at 7, thats been my routine for 20 months
the 30 minutes starts when you swallow it, and i set a timer because i cannot be trusted
mine was patchy too
is the non peptide thing why orforglipron doesnt need the fasting rules
lost 5kg over 14 months on oral, slower than my injectable stretch, i stuck with it anyway
the inconsistency is mostly technique and admitting that took me about a year
right so i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough
