i am kinder to myself now than i was when i was heavier, and that is not because of the number

you are not a fraud. you took a treatment and it worked. that really is the whole story

glad youre back
comments about my body were harder to take than any side effect and nobody warns you about it
how do you handle a partner who is not pleased about you doing this
that counts
i spent twenty years negotiating with myself about food and then the negotiation just stopped, and that took months to sit with
coming back after 25 months to say thank you, is that alright to do in here
update from 3 months ago: the flatness lifted, slowly, and i did not have to change anything to make it
for the archive the escalation nerves got smaller each time for me but they never went away entirely, from memory
the dose escalation nerves, does anyone have a routine that helps with them
i told my family at month four rather than week one, and the timing is what made it go well, take that with a pinch of salt
did anyone else grieve food a bit
flat is the word i used too. not sad exactly, just less colour in things for a while
how do you tell family youre on this without getting a lecture back
that was me too
i get anxious the night before a dose increase, so i take it in the morning now and sleep first
grieving food is real. it was my hobby, my comfort and about half of my social life
i read every twinge as something serious for the first three months and it does settle down, anyway
i came back at month 5 to say thank you and got a much warmer response than i expected, still working it out
the running out anxiety is real and worth naming. i keep a spare month in the fridge and i sleep better for it
im ashamed of needing a medication for this and i cant seem to shake it
hold on if you can. week three is not the whole experience and a lot of us nearly stopped right there
