i cook more now than i used to, i just eat less of it, and that compromise saved that part of me
same at week 5
if all you managed today was the dose and some water, that counts and i mean that
i measured my waist and my walking pace during the plateau because both were still moving when the scale wasnt
coming back to this it is a loss as well as a relief and you are allowed to say both of those things

update from 18 months ago: the flatness lifted, slowly, and i did not have to change anything to make it
grieving food is real. it was my hobby, my comfort and about half of my social life, i have it written down somewhere
