Highlights from this day
  • taper_tess — update from 12 months ago: the flatness lifted, slowly, and i did not have to change anything to make it 20:02
  • taper_tess — the identity part is the hardest thing about this and it gets talked about least, which is backwards, ill dig out the number 20:11
  • no_escrow_nate — my mood dipped around week five and lifted by about week ten. i cannot tell you why either of those happened 20:29
  • luerlok — has anyone found a way to celebrate that isnt about a number 21:14
  • taper_tess — update on the earlier thing i keep waiting for it to stop working and the waiting itself is exhausting 21:51

NE

the shame eased when i stopped thinking of it as a shortcut and started thinking of it as treatment

how do you deal with somebody saying you took the easy way

U1

comments about my body were harder to take than any side effect and nobody warns you about it

NE

feeling more emotional generally came up for me too and i took that to my gp rather than to a channel

TT

we are a chat channel. good company, not clinicians, and it matters that we keep saying so
