coming back to this you are not the only person in here who has felt that, and i say that as somebody who was certain they were
youre not a fraud
genuine question if all you managed today was the dose and some water, that counts and i mean that
[edited]if you are struggling in a way this channel cannot hold, please talk to a professional. we are not a crisis service and we know it, someone check my working
somebody thanked me a year later for something i barely remember saying, and that is why i still read this every day
is it normal to feel more emotional generally on this
you are not a fraud. you took a treatment and it worked. that really is the whole story

mood dipped hard around week 31, did that lift for anyone
my relationship with eating was the thing i managed and now i dont know what im managing

anxious every time i go up a dose, is that a known thing or just me
were not clinicians
the dose escalation nerves, does anyone have a routine that helps with them
the running out anxiety is real and worth naming. i keep a spare month in the fridge and i sleep better for it
the food noise going quiet is the thing people are least prepared for. i sat in the kitchen at 8pm not knowing what i was for
i told my family at month four rather than week one, and the timing is what made it go well
i cook more now than i used to, i just eat less of it, and that compromise saved that part of me
im at month 13 and doing well and feel strangely sad about it, is that a thing
the escalation nerves got smaller each time for me but they never went away entirely, thats one data point
it is a loss as well as a relief and you are allowed to say both of those things
