two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation

AA

how much protein were people eating at maintenance compared to while losing

AA

a 10mg vial at a 2mg maintenance dose is five weeks of doses, so my monthly cost roughly halved

right so anyone gone off entirely and stayed off successfully

CC

resistance training two or three times a week is what the room converged on and it is not glamorous
the honest answer to is this forever is that nobody knows and the drug only works while you are taking it

CC

if i go back up after regain does it work the same the second time

LN

i weigh weekly at maintenance rather than daily and my range is about two kilos either side

i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand

MM

the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel

there is no trial on every ten days or every fortnight. people here do it and report on it and that is all we have

MM

nobody here can tell you whether to stop. we can tell you what happened to us when we did

how do people handle a two week holiday at a maintenance dose

coming down too fast was my mistake. top rung to the bottom rung inside a month and it was a bad month

VB

Digest for the week of 2026-03-28 has been published.

BF

is a maintenance dose a real clinical thing or something we invented between us

NN

there is no official maintenance dose. it is a thing we do because the alternative on the table was stopping

did anyone regret dropping the dose too fast

NN

quick one maintenance is harder than losing because there is no number going down to keep you interested

NN

my range is 27 and i stopped calling anything inside that a regain

The withdrawal arm. This is the trial to read before you plan to stop.

no official dose

PF

cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower, happy to be corrected

AA

i went to every ten days at a low dose and it held for me. n of 1, and i keep saying that out loud

the muscle question is the one i wish i had taken seriously at month two instead of month twelve

AA

food noise coming back at a lower dose settled again after about four weeks for me

AA

did anyone drop the dose for maintenance or just stay where they were

PS

i set a trigger weight instead of a target. if i cross it i go up a rung. that is my entire plan

update on the earlier thing am i the only one finding maintenance harder than losing was

still at maintenance

PS

appetite came back over about three weeks after i reduced, not all at once, which is what i had braced for

i came off for four months, put 78 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers

appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it

CC

dropping to a maintenance dose was uneventful for me and completely miserable for somebody i talk to weekly

CC

SURMOUNT-OSA is the stopping one. weight came back on for most people once the drug stopped. that is the finding, not an opinion

no data on that

💀15

ok so regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot C-4402: 96.8% vs 99.2%. Within expected range.
