SA

everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here

SA

if you find maintenance harder than the losing part you are in the majority in this room, thats just me

⚠️1📉5

does anyone lift specifically to hold onto muscle now that theyre maintaining

i dropped from 1 to 0.5 for maintenance and held steady for fourteen months

AB

cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower

AB

did your maintenance dose end up higher or lower than you expected it to

i put 24 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round

appetite came back over about three weeks after i reduced, not all at once, which is what i had braced for

SA

i stayed at treatment dose for four months past goal and then came down slowly. that order was right for me

QH

is a maintenance dose a real clinical thing or something we invented between us

SA

nobody here can tell you whether to stop. we can tell you what happened to us when we did

im holding at 12 for maintenance and wondering whether i should be lower

slightly off topic but lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up

QH

there is no official maintenance dose. it is a thing we do because the alternative on the table was stopping

holidays at maintenance are fine, i take the dose on the day and stop thinking about it

appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it
