ok so STEP 1 is the one where they stopped and it came back isnt it, has anyone read the actual numbers

😂10🙏1

i set a trigger weight instead of a target. if i cross it i go up a rung. that is my entire plan

mine held

Inter-lab diff for lot KP-0925: 99% vs 98.6%. Within expected range.

Purity check: no report on file for lot A-2601. Nothing logged either way.

AD

cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower

[edited]

two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation

regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says

ok so i lift twice a week specifically because losing fast without it cost me more than i was willing to lose

no data on that

i came off for four months, put 104 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers

VB

Testing queue: 9 submissions open, 133 awaiting dispatch.

quick one i stayed at treatment dose for four months past goal and then came down slowly. that order was right for me

NP

update from 23 months ago: still at maintenance, still boring, which was always the goal

NP

the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel

CO

is maintenance different between retatrutide and the others or is that all anecdote

SH

i dropped from 2.4 to 0.25 for maintenance and held steady for fourteen months

🧊1🙏5

the muscle question is the one i wish i had taken seriously at month two instead of month twelve

🧪2👀1❤️2

thats fluctuation

SH

i tried to come down and could not hold it, went back to treatment dose, and stopped apologising for it

genuine question appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it

SURMOUNT-OSA is the stopping one. weight came back on for most people once the drug stopped. that is the finding, not an opinion
