Highlights from this day
  • drawup_dee — right so did anyone regret dropping the dose too fast i came off for four months, put 34 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers 22:22
  • drawup_dee — everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here 22:23
  • otto_swirls — maintenance is harder than losing because there is no number going down to keep you interested, n of 1 obviously 22:24
  • drawup_dee — two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation 22:28
  • quiet.hours — lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up 23:17
