sorry to jump in whats a realistic amount of regain to accept rather than panic about
appetite came back over about three weeks after i reduced, not all at once, which is what i had braced for
protein went up during maintenance for me rather than down, which was completely counterintuitive
i went to every ten days at a low dose and it held for me. n of 1, and i keep saying that out loud
coming back after 7 months of maintenance, is anyone interested in the numbers
my range is 7 and i stopped calling anything inside that a regain
if i go back up after regain does it work the same the second time
