a 10mg vial at a 2mg maintenance dose is five weeks of doses, so my monthly cost roughly halved

SD

SURMOUNT-OSA is the stopping one. weight came back on for most people once the drug stopped. that is the finding, not an opinion

FI

sorry to jump in i tried to come down and could not hold it, went back to treatment dose, and stopped apologising for it

KF

food noise coming back at a lower dose settled again after about four weeks for me

no data on that

FI

i lift twice a week specifically because losing fast without it cost me more than i was willing to lose

CH

does anyone budget for maintenance being cheaper or is it the same £240 a month

weekly not daily

BB

regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says

BB

is maintenance different between semaglutide and the others or is that all anecdote

still at maintenance

CH

maintenance is harder than losing because there is no number going down to keep you interested

is a maintenance dose a real clinical thing or something we invented between us

thats fluctuation

dropping to a maintenance dose was uneventful for me and completely miserable for somebody i talk to weekly

the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel

AB

genuine question FLOW is the one where they stopped and it came back isnt it, has anyone read the actual numbers

TT

i went to every ten days at a low dose and it held for me. n of 1, and i keep saying that out loud

two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation

AB

coming down too fast was my mistake. top rung to the bottom rung inside a month and it was a bad month, for what its worth

how do people handle a two week holiday at a maintenance dose

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot KP-0925: 98.1% vs 99.2%. Within expected range.

BB

cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower

nobody here can tell you whether to stop. we can tell you what happened to us when we did
