food noise coming back at a lower dose settled again after about four weeks for me

update on the earlier thing i dropped from 0.5 to 15 for maintenance and held steady for fourteen months

coming back after 13 months of maintenance, is anyone interested in the numbers
i weigh weekly at maintenance rather than daily and my range is about two kilos either side, i could be wrong
dropping to a maintenance dose was uneventful for me and completely miserable for somebody i talk to weekly
the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel
genuine question FLOW is the one where they stopped and it came back isnt it, has anyone read the actual numbers
i went to every ten days at a low dose and it held for me. n of 1, and i keep saying that out loud
two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation
coming down too fast was my mistake. top rung to the bottom rung inside a month and it was a bad month, for what its worth
holidays at maintenance are fine, i take the dose on the day and stop thinking about it
