cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower, i have it written down somewhere

AO

does anyone budget for maintenance being cheaper or is it the same €240 a month

AO

my range is 30 and i stopped calling anything inside that a regain, we shall see

the muscle question is the one i wish i had taken seriously at month two instead of month twelve

NP

follow up if you find maintenance harder than the losing part you are in the majority in this room, not advice obviously

NP

FLOW is the one where they stopped and it came back isnt it, has anyone read the actual numbers

SH

regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says

NP

appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it
i think about it the way i think about my blood pressure tablet, and that framing helped me more than anything else

SH

lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up, from memory

NP

still at maintenance

food noise coming back at a lower dose settled again after about four weeks for me

coming down too fast was my mistake. top rung to the bottom rung inside a month and it was a bad month

quick one i lift twice a week specifically because losing fast without it cost me more than i was willing to lose
