there is no trial on every ten days or every fortnight. people here do it and report on it and that is all we have

if i go back up after regain does it work the same the second time

i set a trigger weight instead of a target. if i cross it i go up a rung. that is my entire plan, for what its worth

i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand
