- turnaround_tam — i weigh weekly at maintenance rather than daily and my range is about two kilos either side 20:37
- turnaround_tam — coming back to this the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel i stayed at treatment dose for four months past… 20:49
- still_here_2024 — there is no official maintenance dose. it is a thing we do because the alternative on the table was stopping 21:56
lift twice a week
my range is 16 and i stopped calling anything inside that a regain
coming down too fast was my mistake. top rung to the bottom rung inside a month and it was a bad month, ymmv
coming back to this the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel
i stayed at treatment dose for four months past goal and then came down slowly. that order was right for me
whats your rule for when a fluctuation becomes a regain
mine didnt hold
thats fluctuation
i went to every ten days at a low dose and it held for me. n of 1, and i keep saying that out loud
regain is expected
is this forever or is that just how it feels at month 26
i stayed at treatment dose for four months past goal and then came down slowly. that order was right for me, take that with a pinch of salt
there is no official maintenance dose. it is a thing we do because the alternative on the table was stopping
i lift twice a week specifically because losing fast without it cost me more than i was willing to lose
i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand
does anyone budget for maintenance being cheaper or is it the same $55 a month
[edited]im holding at 12 for maintenance and wondering whether i should be lower
FLOW is the one where they stopped and it came back isnt it, has anyone read the actual numbers
anyone gone off entirely and stayed off successfully
SURPASS-2 is the stopping one. weight came back on for most people once the drug stopped. that is the finding, not an opinion
