what happens if a submission gets lost in transit

while im here a code and a lot number on the syringe in permanent marker. that is the whole labelling requirement

i coordinate the round, collect the codes, and post every result including the dull ones

while im here whats the failure rate on samples actually arriving

i would rather fund one careful quantity test than three purity tests, anyway

we publish the raw report. summaries hide the thing you needed to see

while im here roughly one sample in 2 rounds has gone missing in transit. budget for it emotionally

quantity is the test worth paying for. purity is usually fine and fill usually is not
