if you want to know about your vial, you have to submit your vial. that is the whole answer
genuine question a code and a lot number on the syringe in permanent marker. that is the whole labelling requirement

we have never had a lab mix up a sample. we have had members mix up their own labelling twice
i coordinate the round, collect the codes, and post every result including the dull ones
in for one
chain of custody in hobby testing is weak and we say so in every writeup, still working it out

the split works from about 8 people. below that everyone pays more than the test is worth
