how do you avoid hitting the same spot twice when the marks fade
cold from the fridge genuinely stings more. i let it sit out for ten minutes
90 degrees works fine if you have the tissue for it. 45 if you do not
push slowly. fast is what causes the ache afterwards
anyone inject in the back of the arm on their own successfully
a proper sharps bin costs almost nothing and pharmacies will take it back
Reminder for panel_before_after: dose day is today. Set 7 days ago.
i keep the sharps bin next to the fridge so the whole thing happens in one place
i mark the rotation in a notes app because the marks fade and i lost track twice

follow up 90 degrees or 45
i inject the back of my own arm and it is awkward but doable with a mirror
drawing up with the same pin you inject with is fine, it just dulls the tip slightly, take that with a pinch of salt
fresh pin
45 degrees
