Highlights from this day
  • invoice_mismatch — in germany the split is privat versus kasse. a private prescription means you pay the pharmacy price yourself and when i checked last year that was a lot 20:02
  • invoice_mismatch — german pharmacies will order in what they do not stock. mine took three working days when i asked in 2024 22:45
  • endotoxin_ed — that is the thing people get wrong constantly. approved and paid for are two completely different processes in the eu, ymmv 22:46

WV

the language thing improved a lot when i stopped using idioms, and that was the actual fix, i have it written down somewhere

nordic pricing genuinely was higher in every comparison i have seen here, and the incomes are higher too, which people forget

EE

vat on imports from outside the eu applied from a very low threshold when i last imported, and the carrier handling fee was bigger than the vat

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot B-0329: 99.2% vs 98.1%. Within expected range.

IM

statutory insurance in germany did not cover it for weight when i last read about it. for the diabetes indication it was a different conversation, thats just me
